Team 1138 is a student-centered team with a corporate-style leadership structure that gives high school kids real-world experience in navigating management challenges. Students learn that being in charge is less about being the boss and more about being responsible for helping everyone perform at their very best. At the top of our leadership accountability chart is the five-person executive team. These students embody servant leadership and set an example for the entire team to follow.
